As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be instrumental in devising, crafting, and executing strategic communication campaigns that bolster brand visibility and facilitate the growth goals of our diverse brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the Sales Marketing Strategy by developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to optimize marketing leads and capitalize on opportunities.
- Monitor and assess performance metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead Marketing Integrations to continuously refine marketing playbooks, ensuring enhanced execution and results.
- Strategically manage resources, including budget and personnel, to support successful integration efforts.
- Craft and execute clear communication strategies within the company.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of branding strategies to align with our house of brands approach for future acquisitions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of advertising content across various media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across the organization to advance our portfolio of brands.
- Actively manage relationships with internal departments, external partners, and clients to create impactful marketing initiatives that are financially viable.
- Anticipate emerging marketing trends and pinpoint growth opportunities to guide data-driven strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including corporate communications and press releases.
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing marketing team through effective management practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth M&A environments is advantageous.
