General Manager Job Responsibilities

A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience.
The ability to communicate effectively promoting our monthly memberships.
The ability to present, promote and sell carwash memberships.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
The ability to help train and develop new employees.
The ability to motivate and coach your team as needed.
The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask.
The ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety.
Strong emphasis on growing sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results.
Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.
Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.
Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.
Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention.
Basic computer skills.
Any duties assigned by leadership.

Benefits

Starting salary $60,000 + Commission + other incentives through membership sales.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

OPEN AVAILABILITY is REQUIRED. Including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of business management practices.
2 years of management or leadership experience is REQUIRED.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills; including active listening and being solution orientated.
Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
The ability to stand for long periods of time.
The ability to lift 50 lbs.
Mechanically Inclined.
Travel between locations for training and developmental purposes.
The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
