Job Opportunity: Landscape Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about landscaping and eager to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee landscaping teams in the execution of hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more.
Manage irrigation system installation and maintenance.
Ensure proper drainage solutions are in place for efficient water management.
Supervise daily crew activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project completion on time and to specifications.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape construction, particularly hardscapes, irrigation, and drainage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints and designs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes as needed.
