The Sales Manager, You Will

Deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. Utilize ERP tools to track and report sales activities.
Lead a team of designer/sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients, identifying needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our client base. Assist in company-wide marketing communications.

Qualifications

Proven success in a sales role, preferred within the landscape/construction industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of landscape construction processes, horticulture, and materials, preferred.
