As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Install Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:
As an install manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our landscaping crew. Your leadership and hands-on experience will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of landscaping projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Provide hands-on support in various landscaping activities
Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Communicate effectively with upper management, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress.
Maintain and operate landscaping equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the landscaping industry.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
