Description

We are looking for a Landscape Retail Associate to join our team at Mulch Solutions! This role involves assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our landscape supply yard. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable about landscaping materials or eager to learn. Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order fulfillment
Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Operate basic equipment (such as forklifts or loaders) to load customer orders (training provided if needed)
Maintain a clean and organized retail yard and storefront
Manage inventory levels and restock materials as needed
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Answer customer inquiries regarding landscaping materials and product applications
Work with the team to coordinate deliveries and ensure efficient yard operations

Qualifications

Prior experience in retail, landscaping, or a related field is a plus, but not required

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of landscaping materials (mulch, soil, stone, etc.) or willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
Forklift or loader experience is a plus (training available)
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
