Job Summary

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process in our maintenance, gardening, and enhancement divisions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Production Manager will have direct reports, including team leaders and crew members, and will be responsible for their development and performance.

Day-to-Day

Lead and mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, implement training, and foster a collaborative and improvement-focused work environment.
Oversee daily operations to ensure timely, budget-compliant, high-quality project completion; optimize resources; implement safety and compliance protocols; coordinate with sales and customer service to meet client expectations.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, address issues promptly, enforce SOPs for consistency, and handle client complaints professionally and swiftly.
Track expenses, analyze data for cost savings, and report financial performance to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape management, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace Suite.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
