Here’s what you’d do:
The Sales Representative promotes and sells products/services to customers and represents the BrightView brand. This role is responsible for connecting people and communities by offering best-in-class landscaping services
You’d be responsible for:
§ Acquires new commercial customers through “door-to-door,” direct marketing, and other activities. Includes identifying prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
§ Conducts proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers.
§ Assists operational partners to negotiate contracts and pricing schedules with customers.
§ Develops and presents sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers’ needs.
§ Maintains positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
§ Well-informed about our competitors' activities in assigned territory; informs manager of any changing competitive
pricing programs, marketing directives, or door-to-door sales tactics.
§ Attends and successfully completes training programs.
§ Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

§ Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
§ Prior experience in a previous sales position, prospecting, or cold calling; direct sales experience is beneficial.
§ Computer skills required; proficiency with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
