We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Canonsburg, PA branch to success.
Position Summary
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the branch's operational and financial success by aligning with the company's mission, goals, and strategies. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, fostering customer relationships, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across various landscaping services. Your ability to lead with vision, execute plans effectively, and inspire your team will be instrumental in achieving the branch's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring quality performance across landscaping construction, maintenance, and snow services.
- Develop and refine work standards, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections and audits.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a diverse team through coaching, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, oversee billing processes, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze performance metrics to guide operational and strategic decisions.
- Customer and Vendor Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable service delivery and favorable terms.
- Strategic Vision and Execution:
- Align branch objectives with corporate goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Adapt to dynamic market conditions to ensure sustained growth.
- Safety and Environmental Practices:
- Enforce safety protocols and lead by example to maintain a safety-first culture.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Horticulture or related field preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in the landscape industry with operational expertise.
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in a service-centric environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC applications.
- Ability to foster a positive work culture and lead diverse teams.
