- A 4-year degree is preferred.

Your Mission As Branch Manager
You’ll be the driving force behind the success of the Charleston branch, leading with vision, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Responsibilities
Safety:
- Be the champion of a safety-first culture, reducing injuries and fostering accountability.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and empower a branch Safety Officer to uphold standards.
Production
- Lead weekly branch meetings, ensuring goals are clear and progress is tracked.
- Optimize routing for efficiency, oversee property walks, and train and retain top talent.
- Adjust plans based on weekly dashboard reviews to meet and exceed branch goals.
Growth
- Drive revenue by identifying enhancement opportunities and developing new business relationships.
- Partner with sales to generate leads and craft compelling maintenance estimates.
- Ensure existing customers are thrilled with exceptional service and communication.
Administration
- Oversee PTO tracking, hiring, billing, and PO issuance to keep the branch running smoothly.
- Support monthly close meetings and ensure accounts receivable are in order.
- Review time logs for accuracy and ensure all work is coded properly.
Customer Service
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Quickly resolve customer concerns and provide proactive enhancement proposals.
- Conduct site walks to ensure customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
Resource Management
- Hold the team accountable for equipment maintenance and shop upkeep.
- Ensure the team has the resources needed to excel in their roles.
