Cox Cactus Farm is Arizona's premier wholesale supplier of high-quality plant material, serving landscape contractors, retail nurseries, and wholesale outlets throughout Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, and beyond. As a leading grower with over 220 acres across four locations, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a skilled Grower to contribute to our continued success. Grower The Grower will oversee all aspects of commercial-scale plant cultivation, including grafting, soil management, water quality, pest control and prevention, troubleshooting, and conducting research. Key Duties and Responsibilities - Optimize growing strategies to achieve high quality, high yield, high-performance plant growth. - Manage growing on a large scale. - Work with the management team to maintain organization and control of operations. - Manage grafting, pest control, plant health, etc. - Ensure product quality and yields are achieved. - Develop and maintain SOPs related to all growing processes to be used by employees. - Continually update the team on new techniques, plant or soil findings, and processes to constantly improve. - Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiencies and reduce operating costs. - This is a full-time position working outdoors in all weather conditions.
