JOB SUMMARY:
The Region Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of administrative and accounting functions in support of Region operations. The position requires independent judgment and a high degree of confidentiality. This position is hybrid and may require occasional travel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Office Administrations

Assist with office and region operations, workflow and procedures.

Manage project-based work, follow-up, and report results.
-
Keep management informed by creating, reviewing and analyzing special reports, compiling information and identifying trends.

Responsible for complying with and meeting all company driven deadlines.

Assist with accounts receivable invoicing.
-
Maintain and protect sensitive company data by adhering to internal security controls.
-
Contract creation and maintenance in ERP system.
-
Purchase order reconciliation.
-
Assist Region Office Manager and Controller with month end activities.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Human Resource Responsibilities
-
Have a working knowledge of the company Employee Handbook and be able to answer general questions from employees.

Time entry, payroll validation, missed and final pay coordination.
- Other duties as assigned.
