We’re hiring a proactive, team-player Enhancement Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for landscaping, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation and installation of billable projects, collaborating with Account and Branch Managers to meet goals, manage staffing, and maintain a positive team culture.
- Maintain administrative systems like time sheets, job databases, and service schedules.
- Order materials, monitor costs, and manage deliveries for project efficiency.
- Assist with estimating, design, and client meetings; independently sell enhancement services regardless of maintenance contracts.
- Communicate with Account Managers to address client needs and monitor post-service landscapes for issues like insect infestations or disease.
- Request and use purchase orders per company guidelines.
- Collaborate on staffing, crew hiring, and scheduling activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple landscape projects, balancing labor, materials, time, and client expectations.
- Expertise in horticulture, including turf, shrubs, plants, weeds, and pest control.
- Develop weekly schedules and complete paperwork accurately.
- Read blueprints and estimates to align with project scope.
- Possess strong irrigation skills and knowledge of chemical spray applications.
- Provide timely, courteous service to clients and staff while supervising and training crews.
- Ensure job safety and monitor safety program compliance.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of college & 2+ years of landscape project management experience, or 4+ years of landscape project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of landscape production, irrigation, and spray equipment.
- Supervisory and customer service experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
- Proficient in software like Aspire, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid CA Driver’s License.
