Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our landscape construction operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing outdoor spaces. This role requires an individual who can build and maintain a high-performing team while ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position will require an individual who is bilingual, with the ability to read and write in English and converse in Spanish. ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily landscape construction activities, including but not limited to the installation of outdoor living spaces and pools.Build and lead a skilled team of landscape construction professionals, providing training and support to enhance their skills.Develop and implement effective construction schedules to ensure timely completion of all projects.Monitor the quality of work performed by team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for ongoing projects.Conduct regular inspections of job sites to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.ExperienceProven experience in landscape management or a related field is essential. A minimum of 5 years of landscape construction experience as a Crew Leader or Foreman is required.Strong background in supervising teams within the landscaping or groundskeeping industry.Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with team members and clients alike.Knowledge of best practices in landscape construction, including plant installation, masonry and grading.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Necessary SkillsThe ability to drive a truck and trailer and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
