🌿 Now Hiring: Landscaping Crew Leader – Detail Team
📍 Traveling from Portage, MI daily to service Notre Dame University
💲 $18+/hour | Full-time | Growth Opportunity
📌 A Chauffeur’s License is required for this role.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience as a Landscaping Crew Leader (Required)
✅ Valid Chauffeur’s License
✅ MDARD Pesticide Licenses (Preferred: Applicator License)
✅ Irrigation experience (Preferred)
🛠 Starting pay is $20/hr for fully qualified candidates. Those without all required licenses/experience may start at a lower rate.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead a team of 2–5 crew members
• Oversee site operations and ensure top-quality service
• Support training, scheduling, safety compliance, and equipment care
• Serve as the first point of contact for on-site issues and crew feedback
📋 Pre-Employment Requirements:
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Criminal background check
• Drug screening (as part of DOT medical exam)
