Oversee, an award winning vacation rental company, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscaper. We are looking to assign roughly 3 commercial, and 3 residential properties to this full-time position. As the Landscaper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping tasks, including scheduling, purchasing, fertilizing, repairing irrigation, mowing, trimming, planting, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.

Responsibilities
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Perform regular maintenance of landscapes, including weeding, watering, and fertilizing
- Ensure that landscapes are clean and free from debris
- Assist with landscape design and installation projects
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping or a related field
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and landscaping maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
