Our client, Delcoi, is seeking a Remote Landscaping Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of landscaping projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and the internal team to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop detailed project plans
- Coordinate and schedule landscaping activities, including material delivery, equipment rental, and contractor availability
- Monitor project progress and manage any issues or changes that may arise
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and industry standards
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and strive to exceed client expectations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping project coordination or a related field
- Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field (preferred)
