Seven Executive is excited to partner with a rapidly expanding, PE-backed Landscaping organization to find a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) for their service center in Georgia.

As the GM, you will oversee all operations, drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and lead a dedicated team committed to delivering top-quality landscaping services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the service center, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the profitability of the service center.
- Customer Focus: Maintain and enhance strong customer relationships, ensuring the highest level of service quality and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within a service-driven industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in a PE-backed organization is a plus but not required.
- Passion for the landscaping industry and a customer-centric mindset.
