About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Commercial Landscape Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, managing their landscape maintenance accounts and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth. This position is perfect for a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for landscaping.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts, acting as the main liaison between the company and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
- Oversee the execution of maintenance services, enhancements, and seasonal work to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate service quality, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upselling additional services and enhancements.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service reports to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the commercial landscape maintenance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plant health care, and seasonal services.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions in a client-facing role.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
