A well established and reputable Springfield, OH area landscaping company is looking for a Landscape Design and Sales professional to help achieve aggressive growth. The company's services include: mowing, landscape maintenance, design and install, hardscaping, lawn applications, and snow service.
Responsibilities- Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their landscaping needs
- Design landscape projects using industry-standard software
- Prepare 3D renderings and proposals
- Achieve sales goals
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage marketing
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Other responsibilities as required to advance the company's objectives
Requirements- Sufficient landscape design experience and ability
- Experience and working knowledge of Pro Landscape and/or similar program(s)
- Ability to produce 3D renderings
- Experience using industry specific software such as Aspire (preferred)
- Ability to accurately estimate time and material usage for landscaping projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Good knowledge of local plants, trees, and hardscape materials
- Snow and ice management experience (preferred)
