Responsibilities- Identify and contact cold and warm target prospects
- Research and identify decision makers
- Generate bid and proposal opportunities
- Prepare and present bids and proposals
- Achieve sales goals
Requirements- B2B sales and business development experience
- Experience selling commercial services to property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other similar decision makers
- Experience and ability selling to large corporations
- A proven track record of generating new business
- Live in, near, or be willing to relocate to the Lansing, MI area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Existing relevant contacts and connections (preferred but not required)
