Loveland, Colorado's premiere landscaping company is looking for an Associate Project Manager. This position is intended to provide tremendous growth and advancement opportunity. The Associate Landscape Project Manager supports Landscape Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape projects. This role serves as a key link between the project team, vendors, and clients, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Associate Landscape Project Manager is expected to learn all aspects of project management, with a clear path for growth into a full Landscape Project Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project timelines, work schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and controlling expenses.
- Support quality control by conducting site visits and inspections.
- Maintain project documentation, including change orders, schedules, and cost tracking.
- Work closely with vendors, subcontractors, and other external partners.
- Provide administrative support, including reporting and meeting coordination.
- Participate in project meetings and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in landscape construction, project coordination, or a related role
- Able to read and comprehend landscape plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with landscape design and construction techniques
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
- Knowledge of plants, trees, hardscape materials, and irrigation systems - preferred
- Bilingual - preferred
Compensation
- $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
- Health insurance 100% paid by employer!
- IRA with 3% match
