Provide a wide range of maintenance services, including, but not limited to: landscaping, painting, minor carpentry, snow removal and vendor relations.
1. Landscape Maintenance Tasks - Maintain gardens and lawns, mowing, edging, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing, leaf blowing, raking, weed control and watering plants and trees. Trimming around flower beds, walls and walkways.
2. Fill sand barrels, install snow stakes, plow, remove snow and ice.
3. Perform routine maintenance duties including: fixing fountains, repairing tools, working on equipment, trucks and tractor, clearing drains and repairing fences.
4. Operate a variety of ground and gardening equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to operate a large F-350.
5. Meet with vendors to secure services for the property and hosted weddings.
Essential Qualifications:
• Self-motivated, hard-working, dependable, loyal and responsible.
• Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
• Past experience in Landscaping, Construction and Carpentry.
Hours and Compensation:
• Expected Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Salary - $70,000 - $80,000 per year. No health benefits provided.
• Significant overtime opportunity up to $40,000 annually.
• Total annual compensation $80,000 - $120,000.
