We are seeking a motivated professional to join Palermo Rhodes, a leading innovator in the design and manufacturing of architectural products for public spaces.
Position: Territory Manager
Location: Dallas, TX area
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships within the Landscape Architectural/Design communities and other product specifiers
- Create technical specifications and guide clients through the purchasing cycle
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Utilize CRM software and other technologies for effective communication and organization
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills
- Experience in building materials and trade shows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of landscape design and outdoor construction is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture preferred
Additional Details
This role offers career independence and support, with mentorship from the Regional Sales Manager and collaboration with experienced Territory Managers. Only local candidates with relevant A&D experience will be considered.
