About the Role:
Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving growth and building high-performing teams? Makinex is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our USA sales efforts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and delivering on ambitious revenue targets. This role is critical to shaping and executing our sales and marketing strategy across the U.S. market. Reporting directly to the President, this hands-on role requires a leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example, driving results while motivating a dedicated team.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team to achieve top-tier results.
- Oversee the management of leads and pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams on new product launches and ensure positive market results.
- Build strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and field sales engagements.
- Forecast sales and inventory requirements to align with business growth strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in industries like construction equipment, wholesale distribution, or rental equipment.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
