Our client, a leader in landscape and maintenance services, is seeking a motivated Service Manager to lead their Fertilization and Irrigation Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in service management, customer relations, and team leadership. We’re a recruitment agency assisting them in finding the ideal candidate for a direct placement, who can help take their operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead & Motivate: Coach and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring high service standards and continuous development.
- Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and service quality to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently.
- Client Relationship Focus: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, handling new leads, and resolving any issues.
- Performance & Profitability: Oversee the department's P&L, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities to drive growth and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:- Service Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in a service-oriented role with proven leadership abilities. Landscape, Irrigation & Fertilization exp a plus!
- Customer-Centric: Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to solve problems quickly and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
- Bilingual Preferred: Spanish-speaking skills would be a great advantage.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required to handle field visits and manage daily operations effectively.
