We are seeking a Landscaping Sales Consultant to join our growing team!
Our Landscaping Sales Consultant is responsible for the sales of landscape installation and maintenance services by creating and selling proposals for landscaping services, through building lasting relationships with our clients.
We offer a competitive base + commission compensation, as well as the following benefits:
- A base pay of $65,000 to $70,000 annually depending on experience plus opportunities for commission;
- Supplemental medical offset;
- Simple IRA retirement plan;
- PTO.
Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Consultant at Minnesota Landscapes:
- High school diploma or GED certificate;
- 5+ years of related experience within the landscaping industry or a related field;
- Proven track record of selling potential clients on services;
- 3+ years of personnel and project management experience;
- A demonstrated knowledge of horticulture and landscape design and construction;
- An understanding of materials and labor costs;
- Proficient technology and software skills, including experience doing estimates, takeoffs and proposals electronically;
- Experience with LMN software is a plus (but not required);
- Valid drivers license and clear driving record.
Responsibilities for our Landscaping Sales Consultant at Minnesota Landscapes:
- Conducting sales meetings with new incoming leads to determine prospect needs and preparing proposals;
- Generating new leads with existing client and referrals in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals;
- Keeping accurate records in our CRM to track and document all marketing and sales activities;
- Other duties as assigned.
