Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers on installation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Operate a skid steer with proficiency to perform grading tasks for landscape projects
- Oversee all aspects of landscape construction, including site preparation, planting, irrigation, and hardscape installations
- Ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and company standards
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain and manage project timelines, reporting progress to management
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success
Requirements:
- Proven landscape installation experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Proficient in grading with a skid steer
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - preferred
- Experience with irrigation systems
Compensation:
