Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and acquiring new client business. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and generating leads to closing deals. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a hunter’s mentality, motivated by significant sales commissions, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities
Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve or exceed sales goals. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and delivering initial presentations. Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining service capabilities, and preparing contracts. Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information. Qualifications: Mandatory B2B sales experience, with a focus on outside sales. Proven success with cold calling, both over the phone and in the field. Strong organizational skills and experience in territory management. Dynamic personality with strong communication skills, capable of leading client meetings. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with operations and other sales team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
