Mountain View Landscapes & Lawncare, Inc., a premier landscape services company with locations in Chicopee, MA, Wilbraham, MA, and Manchester, CT, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our Chicopee branch.
Mountain View Landscaping is a National Top 150 Landscape Contractor and has been voted Best Landscaper regionally for nine consecutive years. The company supports dozens of local charities on an annual basis benefiting children, veterans, and the public.
The Commercial Account Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and nurturing client relationships within our landscaping services. This dynamic position involves a combination of business acumen, horticultural knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their landscaping needs are met with precision and professionalism, along with identifying potential sales opportunities to achieve departmental revenue goals. Collaborating and supervising our landscaping teams, you will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing all production of field crews for each assigned account. Must be able to assist in managing snow operations in the winter.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships
- Responsible for annual contract renewals
- Identify and address client issues and upsell opportunities
- Manage the performance of services and annual service agreements, ensuring that work is performed according to the clients’ expectations and budget
- Effectively manage labor and equipment
Top Candidate Qualifications
- Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in the landscape/horticulture industry or other labor-intensive industry
- Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and 3+ years Clean Driving History
- Someone who loves working with people, with a passion for teaching, training and leading by example
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business development
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and a team player attitude
- Outstanding Time-Management and Organizational Skills
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and CRM software - LMN Software a plus
- Ability to Attend Project Work Sites
- Willingness to Work in Chicopee, MA Company Headquarters Daily
