Key Responsibilities:
- Snow Removal: Clear snow and ice from residential and commercial properties, including driveways, walkways, and parking areas
- Timely Service: Ensure snow removal tasks are completed promptly, especially following snowfalls or icy conditions
- Safety Standards: Maintain safety by applying ice melt or sand where necessary and following all safety procedures
- Customer Service: Communicate with property owners to address specific snow removal needs or concerns
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any additional property maintenance issues or damage observed during snow removal
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with snow removal, landscaping, or general property maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
