At Russell Landscape, we’re seeking a
Branch Manager to join our team—a dynamic professional with
at least 5 years of landscape management experience who can lead by example and inspire excellence.
What You’ll Do
As our Branch Manager, you’ll wear many hats, from safety champion to growth strategist. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safety Leadership: Cultivating a safety-first culture and reducing workplace incidents.
- Operational Excellence: Managing weekly branch meetings, overseeing efficient crew routing, and conducting property walks to ensure top-tier service.
- Customer Success: Building long-term client relationships, resolving concerns promptly, and delivering exceptional communication.
- Team Development: Training, retaining, and motivating your branch team to exceed expectations.
- Strategic Growth: Identifying opportunities, assisting sales, and ensuring client retention through exceptional quality.
- Administrative Oversight: Tracking team performance, ensuring timely billing, and managing branch resources effectively.
What We’re Looking For
This isn’t an entry-level management role. To be considered, you
must have:
- 5+ years of professional landscape management experience. (If you don’t meet this requirement, this role isn’t for you.)
- A passion for safety, quality, and growth in the commercial landscaping industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to manage resources and think creatively to solve challenges.
