We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Landscaping Project Manager - Design & Build to drive our landscape design and construction projects from inception to completion.
This role is essential to our company’s mission of delivering top-quality service and craftsmanship to clients. Responsibilities for the Landscaping Project Manager - Design & Build include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans that cover timelines, budgets, and resources;
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure their vision and expectations are met;
- Leading cross-functional teams, including sales, design, production, and subcontractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget;
- Overseeing daily site operations to maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance;
- Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-effective solutions;
- Creating and managing project schedules to ensure timely project milestones;
- Identifying challenges and providing effective solutions to keep projects on track;
- Providing regular project updates to clients and company leadership for transparency and communication.
Requirements for the Landscaping Project Manager - Design & Build role:
- 3+ years of project management experience in the landscape design and construction industry;
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred;
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and construction practices;
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred;
- Proficiency in LMN software preferred;
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials are preferred;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
