Caribbean Landscape Ltd. is the leading full-service landscape company in the Bahamas. The company was founded in 1958 and has extensive experience in landscape design, installation, and maintenance. The Landscape Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role includes managing resources, coordinating teams, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve project success. This role requires landscape construction experience.
This position is based in Nassau, Bahamas. Qualified U.S.-based candidates willing to relocate to Nassau, Bahamas are encouraged to apply. Relocation benefits and housing stipend will be provided for non-Bahamian nationals only.
We offer a fun, collaborative team environment with a competitive salary range of $75,000-$100,000 based on experience, including benefits such as health (100% covered by the employer), paid vacation as accrued per Bahamian Labr Laws, paid holidays, enrollment of pension plan (Royal Fidelity, employer noncontributory), residency cost/work permits will be funded by the company, along with moving expenses, housing stipend and bonuses based on year-end company profits and individual performance. A company vehicle and cell phone will be provided. This role will require some traveling from island to island when needed. This position is full-time Monday-Friday from 7 am -5 pm some weekends and overtime is required when needed.
Responsibilities for the Landscape Project Manager include:
- Manage landscape installation teams throughout the day to ensure project completion per schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate scheduling with Project Controls Manager and Landscape Field Operations Manager, issue detailed schedules, and assign resources to teams, ensuring tasks are completed as planned.

- Oversee all material procurement, coordinate budget approvals, manage shipping logistics, and track material deliveries to ensure timely installation.
- Manage CLL works with site management and contractors, coordinate material and equipment deliveries, represent CLL in client and project meetings, and manage subcontractors on site.
- Review completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, create punch lists, document installation inefficiencies, and manage necessary repairs.
- Maintain proper inventory of job site materials, forecast procurement needs, and coordinate with Site Foreman and Project Controls Manager.
- Handle all Change Order requests, prepare proposals, communicate with clients for approvals, and coordinate approved changes with the team.
- Review and approve daily time inputs for field crews, notify foreman of necessary revisions, and ensure accurate time tracking.
- Review, edit, and add information to daily logs in the project management software as needed.
- Manage and review all daily T&M billings, coordinate with Projects Administrator to consolidate billing.
- Complete weekly inspections of machinery, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and manage operators/crew for equipment use.
- Assist in on-site training to enhance crew skill development, efficiency, and quality of work.
Requirements for the Landscape Project Manager include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- 3+ years of experience as a Landscape Project Manager or similar roles within landscaping;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Maintains professional conduct with employees and clients;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Health certification required;
- Must pass a background check;
- Passport required;
- Must be able to obtain a work permit required;
- Driver’s license and clean driving record.
