Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue generation for our Maintenance Division. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating with teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for the landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals for the Maintenance Division.
· Identify target markets, develop prospect lists, and execute outreach plans to secure new clients.
· Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
2. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
· Conduct site visits and consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored maintenance solutions.
3. Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with the Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
· Communicate client feedback and collaborate on process improvements.
4. Reporting & Performance Metrics:
· Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
· Prepare and present performance updates and forecasts to leadership.
5. Business Development:
· Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote Bedrock Landscaping and generate leads.
· Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in landscaping, maintenance, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
