Reder Landscaping is hiring a Landscape Designer to join our sales team!
Reder Landscaping has been Central Michigan’s premier choice for landscape and lawn care needs for nearly 60 years. We offer a full range of maintenance and snow services, as well as lawn care and irrigation service and installation, and award-winning landscape and hardscape design and construction. We’re situated on 30 wooded acres in Midland, MI, with meticulously kept display gardens and outdoor showpieces to help you sell, sell, sell and bring your landscape designs to life!
Compensation and benefits:
- Base salary of $50,000-$70,000 annually (determined by experience and portfolio) PLUS an industry leading commission incentive. 6 figure earning potential!

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to expand education of plants, landscaping, and maintenance through industry certifications, and annual continuing education opportunities as required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Dynascape, Vector Works or a similar CAD based drawing software.
- 5 or more years of experience in a landscape/hardscape sales AND design capacity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, estimating, and selling large and small landscape and hardscape projects required.
- Proven design knowledge in softscapes, paver patio, outdoor kitchens, outdoor living spaces required
