Green Side Up Landscaping, one of Virginia’s top landscaping companies, is hiring a full-time, year-round Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our growing team! Since 2004, we’ve been providing the best lawn care service possible to homeowners across our region. We proudly serve Richmond and Williamsburg with our two locations as well as nearby areas. This position would focus on serving the Richmond area.
Compensation and Benefits:
- We are offering a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus opportunity for significant commission as well as profit sharing. This position has the potential to provide a 6-figure income based on commission.

Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the landscaping industry, with a minimum of 3+ years of proven success in a dedicated sales position in residential landscape sales;
- Knowledge of residential landscaping installation is required; knowledge of residential landscaping maintenance is preferred;
- Proficiency with technology including experience working with a CRM;
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record plus the ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:
- Conducting sales meetings with new incoming leads, building relationships with clients, creating prompt proposals and securing closed sales;
- Collaborating with production team members to ensure profitable projects;
- Acting as a point of contact with clients, building and facilitating positive ongoing relationships;
- Keeping accurate records in our CRM to track and document all marketing and sales activities;
- Other duties as assigned.
