- AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of grading
- Good knowledge of growing zone(s) 6, 7, and 8
- Good knowledge of hardscapes
- Detail oriented and precise
- Time management and organization
- Communication and collaboration
- Estimating--preferred
- Job costing--preferred
- Able to prepare 3D renderings--preferred
Experience- Sufficient high-end residential landscape design experience
- Sufficient experience designing with CAD based software
- Experience estimating--preferred
- LMN or similar industry software
- Sales, account management, customer facing
Compensation- $75,000 - $90,000 +
