Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture client relationships by identifying and meeting landscaping and snow management needs.
- Handle warm leads while also prospecting and generating new business.
- Present proposals, conduct client meetings, and close sales by aligning solutions with client needs.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records to track leads, interactions, and sales performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in team meetings.

Qualifications
- Sales and account management experience (landscaping industry preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping services (or a willingness to learn).
- Proficiency with CRM software; experience with Jobber is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background check clearance.

Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
