Responsibilities

Proactively Communicating with Clients.
Management and Quality Control for service teams to ensure we exceed client expectations.
Enhancement Sales on existing properties.
Training and Management to help teams hit quality and efficiency goals
Fostering a culture where both the clients and team members are valued and appreciated.
Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

A landscape professional with a positive and engaging personality.
2-5 years of prior experience with a professional landscape service company.
Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience is a plus.
Passion for hitting goals and exceeding expectations.
Superb communication skills

Compensation

The Master's Lawn Care offers a competitive salary, a profit-sharing bonus system, and a full group benefit plan including medical, life insurance, retirement with a company match, and PTO.

Compensation details: 50000-65000 Yearly Salary
