As a Project Director - Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and sales management, ensuring our company meets its revenue goals while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee business development and sales management for new and existing customers to achieve company revenue goals.
- Evaluate and produce accurate estimates for projects within established profit margins.
- Guide customers through the sales and design process, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to meet or exceed strategic objectives.
- Manage project pipelines, including backlog, in-progress, and completed work.
- Define project scope, acquire bids, and approve invoices from subcontractors.
- Write and present contracts and proposals to clients.
- Act as the customer liaison throughout the design-build process, communicating construction processes clearly.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of projects to ensure timeliness, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with Design/Build customers at 30-day, 6-month, and one-year intervals.
- Perform weekly site visits to monitor subcontractors, quality, and schedule.
- Foster positive customer experiences with Exscape Designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; three to five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Landscape Architecture Degree or green industry background is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with CRM and estimating platforms; knowledge of Aspire ERP is a plus.
- Registered Landscape Architect is a plus but not required.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, negotiating, and communication.
- Ability to foster a respectful workplace and manage performance and employee development.
- Involvement in community organizations is desired.
Offered compensation:
$60,000/yr - $80,000/yr
