Industry experience, but want to Lead? Work with a crew lead and the company owner to learn how we do business, hone your quality and efficiency to advance to a crew lead.
Already a crew lead at another company? Hire on at crew lead pay and prove your mentality and attention to detail are right for the leadership role working along side the owner and crews.
We are a small company with big results and incredible room for growth. Yes the owner will work in the field as often as he is in the office. Our owner is involved daily, this is not a second job for him. It is his business to be in business. That involvement is what drives the passion and detail orientation of the company.
We believe in working to build a certain caliber of lifestyle, that lifestyle is to include time off. Weather makes weekends unavoidable at times but as a company we will very rarely work weekends...usually if we do it is an agreed upon trade of a weekday with poor weather. We work Monday-Friday 8a-430p during the growing season and 9-? during the winter with a requirement to be available on call 24/7 for snow removal. Similar to rain days, snow hours that take away from family/lifestyle time will be exchanged for time off during the week whenever possible. 40 hours a week+ overtime pay in season. We do not do unemployment during the winter, no lay offs. We offer and encourage our retirement program with company match. 40 hrs of unpaid time off (UTO) after 90 days. 40 hrs paid time off (PTO) and 40 hrs UTO after 1 year; 80 hrs PTO after 2 years
We are ABSOLUTELY a drug free/smoke free work place. We will also run a background check and reserve the right to drug test at any time. A valid drivers license with 3 points or less is required for leadership pay. You must have reliable transportation of your own to and from work daily.
