We are seeking a Propagation & Greenhouse Production Supervisor to oversee cutting or division propagation, transplanting, seed germination, and plant maintenance across multiple greenhouses. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with a crew of less than a dozen employees & other supervisors, managers, partners, or management to maintain efficient workflows, ensure plant health, and meet production goals. Key Responsibilities 🌱 Propagation & Transplanting Management Supervise cutting & division propagation, including scheduling, hormone and fertilizer application, and environmental controls. Oversee transplanting of seedlings, bare roots, and cell packs, both produced in-house and purchased, into larger containers. Manage seed germination for select crops. General house keeping 🏡 Greenhouse & Crop Maintenance Direct daily tasks, including watering, pruning, and general plant care. Will include powered hand tools. Maintain proper irrigation schedules to prevent overwatering or drought stress. Identify and address pest, disease, and nutritional issues. Keep accurate records of plant health, propagation success rates, and inventory levels. 👩🌾 Team Leadership & Training Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is required to communicate effectively with the crew. Train and mentor employees in best propagation and transplanting practices. Ensure a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
