Position Overview
Assists with chemical application services to enhance growth, development, and vigor of both newly installed and existing lawns and commits to increasing sales by re-enrolling existing customer contracts through exceptional customer service and pursuing new customer contracts
Essential Duties
- Mixes and applies both granulated and liquid materials safely and precisely
- Maintains accurate records and works closely with the Crew Leader or Service Manager to ensure proper customer records are kept on all applications for billing and non-billing purposes
- Provides both written and verbal lawn analysis quotes to potential customers along with recommendations to improve the quality of the customer's lawn
- Develops comprehensive and individualized customer specific care plans to maintain lawn
- Pursues new customer contracts and re-enrollment of existing customers
- Maintains a clean and safe work site including proper maintenance and care of all company equipment
- Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
- Position may perform other duties as assigned
Education, Knowledge And Experience
- Minimum 1 year landscape industry experience required
- Degree in Turf Grass Management, Horticulture, or related field preferred
