What You’ll Do:
✔ Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely and effectively on commercial properties
✔ Identify plant health issues and recommend solutions
✔ Diagnose and treat pests, diseases, and stressors
✔ Drive a company vehicle to job sites and maintain accurate records
✔ Communicate with team leads to ensure quality and safety
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Required MDARD Licenses: 3A, 3B, and 6 (Core required; Right of Way and Tree Care preferred)
✅ Valid Driver’s License
✅ Chauffeur’s License or Endorsement
✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on Plant Health Care experience
✅ DOT Medical Card preferred (must pass DOT physical and drug screening if not held)
✅ Strong knowledge of IPM, plant ID, pest/disease diagnosis, and proper chemical application techniques
💰 Compensation starts at $20/hour and may increase based on experience and licensing.
