Job Summary: Entry Level Landscape Architect (2-5 Years Experience)
CCH is seeking applicants that are passionate about design, hard-working, enthusiastic, self-motivated, collaborative and display strong creative skills and adaptability for all types of landscape architecture projects. Candidates should have a strong ability to provide high quality, client focused landscape architecture and urban design solutions. Efficiency in producing CAD construction documents, specifications, 3d perspective renderings and illustrative plans are required. Candidates should be also well versed in New Jersey native plant communities. Additionally, some construction administration and site observation experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of a project’s evolution from planning and design to construction documents, specifications, and construction observation.
- Prepare construction documents, including construction details, layout, grading and planting plans
- Produce project graphics such as 3D Models, Analysis Diagrams, and Plan Renderings
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and consultants
