Requirements - Ideal Candidate
- Significant landscape industry experience
- Experience in landscape services where marked growth and profit expansion was achieved
- Demonstrated track record of enhancing the operational and people capabilities of an organization
- Strong critical thinking abilities, including problem solving, decision making, and idea generation
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire others and lead by example
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Integrity and ethics beyond reproach
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus)
