We are in search of a Vice President of Marketing who will spearhead our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and fostering the growth of our diverse portfolio of brands. In this senior leadership position, you will be tasked with formulating and executing innovative marketing strategies, working collaboratively across teams, and playing a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate intensively with sales teams to refine marketing leads and stimulate growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to propose data-driven enhancements for improved outcomes.
- Continuously assess and refine marketing playbooks to optimize execution and results.
- Strategically allocate resources, including budgets and team management, to support effective marketing initiatives.
- Lead all internal and external communications to ensure clear and impactful messaging.
- Drive the development and implementation of a unified brand strategy across multiple brands, ensuring coherent messaging and timing.
- Manage advertising and marketing content across diverse platforms including digital, social media, email, print, and multimedia.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize service delivery and budgetary efficiencies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to guide the formulation of data-informed marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee public relations efforts, ensuring consistent and favorable media representation for the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, overseeing selection, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing teams, contractors, and vendors, with demonstrable success.
- Experience in private equity-backed firms or high-growth environments, particularly within M&A contexts.
- Capacity to pass a background check and drug test.
