We're looking for a well organized and efficient Office Manager / Executive Assistant in the Fort Wayne, IN area.
Responsibilities- Run an efficient and effective office
- Support and assist management
- Backup AP / AR occasionally as needed
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Manage deliveries
- Support and help as needed with other tasks
Requirements- 2-year degree in business or other relevant study; 4-year degree preferred
- Able to commute daily to office location in Fort Wayne, IN
- Proficient with MS Office and other standard software and technology
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Experience supporting and assisting management
- Experience managing an office
- Highly organized and efficient
- AP & AR experience helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a service industry preferred
Compensation- $60,000 - $65,000 annually
