We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales & Account Manager to oversee sales and client relationships, drive growth, and uphold our company’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Proactively prospect and secure new clients using LinkedIn, in-person networking, direct mail campaigns, and other strategies.
- Collaborate with ownership to identify growth opportunities and implement sales strategies.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring exceptional service.
3. Quoting & Contract Management:
- Prepare and deliver project quotes or coordinate with contract employees to manage quoting tasks.
- Utilize Jobber for quoting, customer relationship management (CRM), and operational tracking.
4. Reporting & Communication:
- Present regular sales and operational reports as required by management.
- Actively participate in sales training sessions and company meetings.
5. Core Values Champion:
- Promote and uphold the company’s core values in all interactions and strategic decisions.
- Foster a positive company culture that inspires excellence and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in landscaping or related industries is a plus).
- Strong aptitude to create leads and respond to inbound leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Jobber experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
